Swiss Market Entry Assessment

Before you incorporate, post a team or sign a Swiss client, know exactly where you stand. The assessment is a written roadmap for your specific project, not a brochure.

CHF 490 Flat fee, excl. VAT

What we ask you

  1. 01Country of your company and legal form
  2. 02Activity, and whether it is regulated anywhere
  3. 03Number of employees, and how many would work in Switzerland
  4. 04The Swiss project: sell, deliver, build, serve, hire, open
  5. 05Canton or cantons concerned
  6. 06Establishment intended or not
  7. 07Services planned, duration and timing

What you receive

A written roadmap, usually within five working days of a complete questionnaire, structured in three colours and followed by the sequence of steps to enter the Swiss market.

  1. Green: what you can do

Activities you may carry out now, from abroad or in Switzerland, without any further step.

  2. Orange: what needs a procedure

Each notification, registration or permit, with the competent authority, the order and the documents required.

  3. Red: possible obstacles

Regulated professions, residency requirements, quotas, sector rules, and the options to deal with each.

  • Written roadmap, in English, French or German
  • Sequence of steps with authorities and documents
  • A 30-minute call to walk through the roadmap
  • Indicative fee for the next step, if any

The fee is credited against a Market Entry or Company Setup engagement ordered within three months.

Questionnaire

Swiss Market Entry Assessment

Fill in what you know. Incomplete answers are fine: we come back to you before drawing up the roadmap. You are not charged until the questionnaire is confirmed complete.

What happens next

We confirm receipt, ask for anything missing, and send the fee note. The roadmap follows once the questionnaire is complete. If the roadmap shows that no procedure is needed, it says so plainly: you keep the roadmap and owe nothing more.
